Just when I'd stopped fearing the Japanese...

Remember the upcoming Japanese witch-touching game? It's coming out next week, as evinced by this giant billboard in Akihabara. Rated C (15 and up, essentially)... I can intellectually accept the presence of games where you touch little girls, okay, it's Japan. But giant advertisements for the same?

You can look at it as being a clever way of using both screens on the DS. I guess...

3 My favorite use of the DS touch screen is still "Touch the Dead." Not as necrophiliac as it sounds, it's basically House of the Dead on the DS. Instead of blasting zombies on a video screen with wireless zap guns, you tap spots on the DS touch screen to fire your gun at whatever is there. Simple, yet brilliant. I can't believe it took so long for someone to think of it.
