Saimoe update 9/24
Vita barely holds off a late push by Matsuri and wins her round by a bare 18 votes, while the other round has yet another romp by Kagami, putting up over 1100 votes with no competition worth mentioning.
Halfway through the second round, so no round today. Breath-catchin' time.

Well, she's just that moe. ;p
More to the point, not only does she have the currently-fashionable moe attributes of tsundere and twin-tails, but she's also demonstrably comfortable with dealing with an otaku, even though she's not one herself - in other words, plausible romantic target for her fans. Unlike most girls, who'd run screaming at what is at root a pretty weird hobby, Kagami's already inured to it... so while luring her in to something like cosplay would be pretty difficult, incidental contact wouldn't creep her out much. (Well... a lot of incidental contact.)
Or you could just get her FMP yaoi...

I expected Kagami to pull in another 1k votes, even against weak opponents. As much as I don't want her to win, my money is easily on her for this year. I don't see anyone else coming close unless every joins up and hate votes her out soon.

More or less her reaction.
Which didn't stop her from, y'know, READING it... while Tsukasa was a wonderful character, and her mauling at the hands (hooves?) of the deer was the greatest bit in the show, Kagami was my favorite.
Hooves down.
